Configure default settings applied to new projects

Comparable Filters Offsets applied relative to the subject property when creating a new project

These values define how far above and below the subject property's attributes the filter range will extend. For example, ±5 for Year Built means the filter will be set to [subject year − 5, subject year + 5]. Bedrooms and Bathrooms always start from 0 and extend up to subject + offset.

Correlation Weights Controls how similar properties are scored against the subject

Each factor contributes to the overall correlation score as a weighted average. Values are percentages — they don't need to total 100% (weights are normalized automatically).

Max Bid Worksheet Default values applied to new project worksheets

These values pre-populate the Max Bid Worksheet when a new project is created. Buyer's Realtor is entered as a percentage and calculated against the ARV at project level.
